Chocolate Banana Oatmeal:1/2 cup rolled oats1 cup water1 small banana, mashed1 tbsp organic cane sugar2 tbsp cocoa powder1-2 tbsp ground flax seeds (optional)
Quick directions:In a small saucepan, combine the oats and water. Place the pan over medium-low heat and stir occasionally untill desired consistency is reached. While the oats cook, mash up the banana with a fork in a small cup. When the oats are done, pull of heat and let sit for a 2-3 minutes. Stir in the banana, sugar, and cocoa powder (add the ground flax seeds now if you wish). Pour into a small bowl and enjoy.
